Privacy Policy

Updated September 8, 2026

This policy describes how the SOL-H3.pro service handles information on SOL-H3.pro. Contact us at support@sol-h3.pro.

Accounts and support

When you sign in, we store your account identifier, email address, display name, and information supplied by the available sign-in method. We use this to authenticate you, keep saved work separate between accounts, and provide support. Messages you send to support include the information you choose to provide.

Prompts, processing, and videos

Preparing a prompt alone does not send it for video generation. When an authorized user starts a session, the scene prompt and session information are sent to the video processing services needed to create and deliver the video and sound. Those services necessarily receive connection information, such as your IP address. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

When a recording is saved, its video bytes, scene prompt, creation time, and technical file information are stored with your account. Saved videos are not added to a public gallery. Access through this site requires the owning account to sign in. Authorized service personnel may access information when necessary for support, safety, or security.

Before a save is confirmed, a recording may exist only in the current browser page. Closing the page can lose that local result. Downloaded copies are controlled by you and are not removed when you delete your account.

Browser storage and analytics

We use essential sign-in and security cookies. If you explicitly choose to sign in from the studio, an anonymous prompt draft may be kept in the same tab's session storage for sign-in continuity. It expires after 15 minutes, is cleared when restored or when the account changes, and is not copied to a server as a draft. Tab closure normally clears this storage; browser session restoration can vary.

Third-party analytics and session replay are disabled in this preview, even if an earlier analytics preference exists. Our hosting and security systems may keep access, error, and abuse-prevention records needed to operate the service. See the cookie policy.

External services

Hosting, storage, sign-in, email, safety checking, and video processing services process information necessary for their functions. Example posters and videos are loaded from the research asset host, which receives normal connection information when your browser requests them. These services may process information outside your country. This preview does not offer a public payment flow.

Retention and deletion

Account records and confirmed saved work remain in active storage while needed to provide the service, unless removed through account deletion or by service maintenance. We do not promise permanent storage. Deleting an account removes its saved video objects and prompt records from active storage and disables the account. Restricted backups and necessary security or legal records may remain until their normal retention or rotation ends; deletion is not an immediate purge of every backup.

You can request account deletion on the account page, or contact support about access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Applicable privacy rights and the ability to contact a local data-protection authority are not limited by this policy.
