These terms apply to the independent SOL-H3.pro service. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Current access

You may browse examples and prepare a scene prompt without an account. Generation is limited to invited testing and may be unavailable. Signing in does not grant generation access. Public subscriptions, credit purchases, and checkout are not available. Any future paid offer will show its price and terms before purchase.

Use the studio responsibly

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive or harm, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass access controls, session limits, or safety checks. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.

Your prompts and results

You retain rights you already have in your submitted material. You allow us to process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Generated results may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other works. Review the video and audio and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing or using them commercially. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or third-party rights clearance.

Preview sessions and saved videos

Preview sessions have a time limit and may fail or close without producing a usable recording. A video shown in the browser is not a confirmed saved copy. Wait for the account-save confirmation, and download a local copy of anything important. We do not promise permanent or unlimited storage.

Examples and independence

The research examples were published by NVIDIA and were not generated on this site. Adapted starting prompts are not the exact prompts used for those examples. Displaying an example does not grant permission to reuse or redistribute it. SOL-H3.pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by NVIDIA or MiniMax; their names and marks belong to their owners.

Availability and changes

This is an evolving preview, not a promise of uninterrupted service or a fixed generation time. Features, access, and these terms may change. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
